In the Chaos to Calm online program for women you will discover:
- Your guiding values and how to align with them to bring greater purpose and fulfillment to your life.
- Your relationship with yourself and self care offerings to make you feel vibrant and joyful again.
- Your relationship with your time and time stewardship actions to breathe ease into your day.
- The stress cycle and how to free yourself from it.
Through a variety of FUN assessments, activities and live online sharing and group coaching, the Chaos to Calm program will help move you from feeling powerless, frustrated and trapped in the stressed and over-worked paradigm to feeling empowered and living a balanced, purposeful and joyful life you desire and deserve.
What makes this program unique is that it is more than acquiring “more tools” to add to your “toolbox” that you rarely or never use. Instead you will create a personalized daily practice, your Personal Blueprint for Vibrant Wellbeing, that is based on tools and activities you tailor according to your authentic needs and that will work FOR YOU. In addition, coaching will be provided to help you identify and remove any personal roadblocks to your success that might pop up along the way.

What you will receive
Complimentary Discovery Session: A 30-minute session offered to you by phone or Skype in January 2018 to begin your new year with a focus on your personal wellbeing. I’ll help you get clear on where you are at with your personal wellbeing, where you want to be, and I will offer some initial recommendations to help you get closer to where you want to be. This will give you time for reflection before the program starts in February 2018.
Group Coaching Session: One 2-hour live online group coaching session that will help you identify and remove any roadblocks that might be standing in the way of achieving your goals concerning personal wellbeing. Amazing results can be achieved in a group coaching setting from the collective power that will be created from our circle of women ~ “Birds of a feather, flock together”.
Learning Circle: Four 1.5 hour live online learning circle sessions where we will explore personal values, self care, time stewardship, stress and living with purpose and fulfillment. A variety of fun activities and assessments will be provided during and between these learning circles (see below).
Ten+ Activities and Assessments: These fun downloadable tools will be used throughout the program and are yours to keep. They are a foundation to creating personalized practices that will meet your true needs for greater personal wellbeing.
Private Online Virtual Group: Whether it’s sharing stories, ideas, successes, or challenges, this private group will keep us connected between the live online sessions and beyond the program.
Personal Blueprint for Vibrant Wellbeing Journal: This downloadable journal will be an essential way to maintain your commitment to self and to build your muscle around time stewardship, self-care, and living with purpose and fulfillment. Filled with daily and weekly pages that only take 10-15 minutes to complete and a page to creatively write your Personal Blueprint for Vibrant Wellbeing, this will be your personal manifesto to living a balanced, purposeful and joyful life you desire and deserve.
Upon receipt of payment you will receive a downloadable activity to get you started on your journey right away.
The practical side of things
There are five live online sessions.* Please note the group coaching session is 2 hours long (7:00pm to 9:00pm). All other online sessions are 1.5 hours long (7:00pm to 8:30pm).

*Session recordings will be made available should you not be able to attend a live session but please note that you will obtain greater value by participating in the live sessions, particularly the group coaching session, and being part of the circle of women.
